15 Day Money Back Guarantee

We are positive that you will LOVE your new Omega Juicer! We are so sure that we are willing to give you your money back for any reason if you return the juicer to us within 15 days of your receiving it.

The juicer must be in fully working condition and include ALL parts, accessories and original packaging. The juicer MUST NOT have been registered with Omega for warranty purposes! Any item that has already been registered with Omega cannot be returned. Any items returned with missing parts, accessories, documentation, or packaging are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee up to the replacement cost of the missing items.  Please obtain an RMA number for returns as specified below. Returns are credited to your Credit Card 1-2 business days after we receive the Item. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer at all times. Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be shipped prepaid, or they will be refused.

The 15 Day Money Back Guarantee is for Omega Juicers ONLY. It does not apply to Blenders or any other juicer brands or products.

Return Policy

Unopened, Unused Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Returned items not covered under the Omega Juicer 15 day guarantee are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned items must include all original packaging materials, accessories, and documentation. Any items returned with missing parts, accessories,documents, or packaging are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee up to the replacement cost of the missing items.

Used OMEGA JUICER items will not be accepted for return after the 15 day guarantee timeframe. We do not accept returns on any item that has been used or come into contact with food, other than Omega juicers falling within the 15 day guarantee period.

All Returns must obtain an RMA number before shipping the item back to us, or the return will be refused. Please obtain an RMA number by contacting us at info @ sunshinejuicers.com. Once an RMA is issued, the RMA number is valid for 10 days only. after 10 days, the returned items will be refused.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the Customer and items must be returned to the return address that is supplied to you when obtaining an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid, or the shipment will be refused.

If the juicer is defective or needs repairs during the warranty period please contact the manufacturer. To obtain Manufacture's Warranty service, please contact the manufacturer directly by calling the toll free number on the warranty card that was included with the item.
